REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please look over your order as soon as it is in your hands.
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
*Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent vis email. We will not issue refunds.
*All returns must be recieved within 7 days
In store purchases (including IN-STORE PICK UP) 7 days from the date of purchase
Shipped orders 7 days from the date you receive your order
*Anything purchased at a discounted price AND accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
*Accessories include jewelry, hats, bralettes, scarves, sunglasses, cups/mugs & home decor.
*Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
*Include your original invoice receipt & please include the reason for return. Please circle the item you are returning.
*Shipping is non-refundable unless it was a mistake on our end.
*Please allow our team 48 hours to process your return once it is received.
